International Returns Policy

Starting August 1, 2024, we no longer accept international returns for refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may:
✅ Request an exchange for a different size/color
✅ Receive store credit

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you’ll be eligible for store credit or a refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your request

Return Requirements

✔️ Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
✔️ Only items purchased on officialtylerthecreatormerch.com qualify
✔️ Exchanges are only for different sizes/colors of the same item

Processing Time: Allow up to 2 weeks after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation when complete.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Worn, washed, or used items (including jewelry & shoes)
❌ Final sale items: Pre-orders, boxers, briefs, hats, and select collections

Important Notes

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
• Online purchases can’t be returned in physical stores
• In-store purchases can’t be returned online
